Cancellation Policy
Before booking your children’s event with Epic Events, please read and follow the terms and conditions on our designated page. Below we have some booking and cancelation details: There will not be a contract between you and Epic Events until we have received full payment of your deposit. By paying your deposit, you are accepting these terms and conditions. Before this occurs, we reserve the right to cancel any package booked by you. Booking and Payments Once you have placed your party package booking, it will prompt you to “pay in person.” However, to secure your booking, we require a non-refundable £50 or £100 deposit, which will be deducted from your total fee. After placing your booking, you will receive an email with bank details to transfer your deposit payment. The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before your event, via bank transfer or secure online booking (details will be provided once your booking is placed) Changes to Booking Any changes to your booking must be communicated via email at least 4 weeks in advance. Epic Events reserves the right to adjust entertainment if required. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made via email at least 4 weeks before your event date to be eligible for a refund (if you paid in full). No refund will be given if you cancel less than 4 weeks before the event. You will not receive a refund on your deposit at any given point after your booking is placed as it is non-refundable.
